Eliminate risks from the source. All fabrics and accessories are subject to random inspection before being put into storage to test their color fastness, shrinkage rate, weight per square meter and other indicators, ensuring the quality of the base materials
Real-time monitoring during production. Our QC team shuttles around the workshop, conducting random checks on the cutting, sewing and splicing processes of semi-finished products, promptly identifying and correcting any issues
Comprehensive physical examination before leaving the factory. 100% full inspection of finished products or random inspection in accordance with AQL standards is carried out, covering all details such as thread ends, stains, holes, dimensional deviations, symmetry, and functionality
